Many textures and different materials coexisting in the same space.
In the image above, sofa and stool designed by our studio.
The stool is upholstered in a fabric reminiscent of basket weaves and finished at the seams with a glove stitch.
All the paintings in this apartment came from South Africa, and were carefully selected and framed to further enhance the spaces.
When we started the interior design project, we had to work with the existing architecture, getting around some visual "obstacles", to better take advantage of the spaces.
One example is the headboard in the suite. The client wanted a huge bed, and all the sockets and switches were out of place.
We created an upholstered XL headboard, with a wooden back that houses and, at the same time, hides all this technical part.
